I've been struggling to visualize the timeline I can see in my mind, probably because it's three-dimensional, depicting aural and visual communication technologies as they evolve, influence each other, and also diverge. I want to emphasize that the technological content is growing, and they are converging due to commingling and also because they really converge as virtual reality.
